SIZES & FIT

How do I choose the right size?

Use a soft measuring tape to measure your dog's neck and/or chest circumference, leaving room for two fingers for comfort. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Would you rather have your dog try it on in person? Bring them to one of our retail locations for a fitting!

The product doesn't fit my dog. Can I exchange it?

No problem. If the size isn't quite right, you have 30 days after receiving the product to request a size exchange. The product must be clean and unused.

PRODUCTS, QUALITY & CARE

How do I wash my products?

After a muddy outing, simply rinse the accessory with lukewarm water and mild soap. Let it air dry (do not tumble dry).

ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

What are the shipping times and costs?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more.

How do I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number for real-time updates.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return any unworn item in its original packaging for a refund.

What are your products made of?

Our harnesses have a breathable mesh chest panel and durable woven polyester adjustable straps. Our collars and leashes use sturdy double-sided webbing with metal fastenings.

Do the colours match across products?

Yes! The colours and patterns are coordinated across harnesses, collars and leashes so you can put together matching sets.
